CP Upd: Add device options

We added a new "Add device" button on the devices page in the Control panel. This will give you 3 options:

1. IASLoader
   We all know this sketch! But for the new users we added a guide to take you through the steps needed to add your device to IOTAppStory.com with this sketch.
2. DirectLoader (NEW)
   Directly add your device by running the DirectLoader sketch. Just copy past in the generated hash. This is a much faster process than the IASLoader!
3. BatchLoader
   Setup device batches directly from the devices page.
