* This sketch is to mesasure if caravans external wastetank is full or not.
*
* The liquid level sensor will go LOW when water level is high (= tank full).
* When this is the case a message is issued.
* The liquid level sensor is applied on the outside of the wastetank.
*
* Sketch also reads LiIon battery voltage via a voltage divider net and warns when voltage is below 3.2 V (Not used)
*
* Sketch send push messages via the service Telegram, to Allan Helms iPhone  when tank is full or battery is low.
*
* This will be done at the same time intervall as below.
*
* Every 60 minutes the program will contact IOTAppstory.com and check if a new program version is there.
* If so download it to EEPROM and reboot.
