According to the Jetblue Airlines Cancellation Policy, one can get a complete refund if they cancel their ticket in 24 hours from the time of booking. You can also get a complete refund if you booked a refundable ticket. But, if you went with the non-refundable ticket you have a pay cancelation fee and the refund is done in the form redeem which you can use to book your next flights.
