ESP32-DevKitC V4 is a small-sized ESP32-based development board produced by Espressif. Most of the I/O pins are broken out to the pin headers on both sides for easy interfacing.

As you might have noticed in the picture this board can be used with multiple modules. And although not always documented correctly you will find all versions in the shops. In most cases named ESP32 Devboard.
